Manisha’s practice focuses on human emotion and its expression. Her artworks often feature multiple faces and silhouettes in different forms to illustrate experiences with reference to the passage of time. She is interested in differences between the past and present , and our ability to process said experiences. This is a conversation between the past self, the current self, and a third embodiment of external factors including time and the addition wisdom amassed, that contribute to the growth of the present self.
